The Long and the Short of It

A weeks – seven days – is all that stands between me and sending the Farmers to school. In preparation, besides supplies and clothes, the boys got a hair cut.

D.J. is keeping the shaggy, long look but needed a trim. We don’t do mullets, at least since Dad was living in Hickville, USA during the high-fashion, big-hair period known as the eighties.

Devin, on the other hand, needs to control his wicked cowlicks. See how it grows sideways and all swirly-like? I’m sorry to have cursed him with that, though they weren’t from my side of the gene pool.

And now you have the long and the short of it.

Wow, seven days!! I am ready but not if you know what I mean.

I need a hair cut and I have been cursed with the wavy cowlicks. I just don't think anyone should have to suffer with them :)

You boys are looking very handsome, I like spiffed up do's.

Reading this reminds me to put one more thing on my list of to do's before school starts. Reece has the massive cowlicks too.....UGH!!!
